12 Seconds to Christmas

Santa has run out of time! With only 12 seconds until Christmas Day, and 1.3 billion houses left to deliver to, Santa must rely on his trusty time travel watch to get these deliveries done. Deliver each present in 12 seconds, and then time travel back so you can do the next house!

Made in UE5 with all custom models, animations, textures and music, for the "12 Seconds of Christmas" Game Jam https://itch.io/jam/12-seconds-of-christmas-game-jam.

I joined the Game Jam 2 weeks late so I didn't have enough time to polish the game or optimise it at all. Features that didn't make it into the game include:

- The Grinch: shoots at you and you can take cover behind the bookcases.

- Helper elves that break obstacles and fight the Grinch.

- A second game mode where you play as The Grinch and try to stop Santa from getting to the tree in a siege-breach style slowmo action shot.
